Tickers aren't working?

Hi, guys. Just wondering if anyone else was having problems with the tickers. I'm trying to create one and it's just not working for me, I assume because the preview function isn't working. It won't generate a preview of a ticker, and therefore won't save when I click Save.

Anybody else having this problem?
