RNY 6 Years 6 Months Post Op

Morning

Not sure whats on the go today. Maybe a movie and a few chores and maybe just being a slug today.

STEPS - 10,102

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

Premier protein shake

L - chicken and sausage jambalaya soup

D - Baked chicken and peaches

1/2 cup of butternut squash

S - Source greek

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 756, Carbs - 90 Grams, Protein - 75 grams

This isnt enough calories for me - will add some dense protein when hungry - likely deli ham

All water and vits

Good morning everyone. Its supposed to snow here today, not looking forward to that but oh well. Plan to have a slug day too as I have to work tomorrow. Roasted the turban squash seeds last night with some sucralose, vanilla, and cinnamon, they turned out really nice. Does anyone know if the rtd gnc shakes are on sale? Their ad does not specify if they are included...

b - gnc lean protein shake banana flavour

s - handful of vanilla cinnamon roasted turban squash seeds

l - half a p28 bagel with cream cheese and margarine

s - same as morning snack, tiny local apple

d - might order pork souflaki with greek salad and lots of tzatziki

s - more squash seeds, hot oat bran with protein if I get hungry

all water and vits. have a good one!

Those roasted seeds sound really yummy. I think I'll make some today. Do you have any favorite savory seasonings for them?

Chili powder is really good on them I find, but I love chili. Sometimes I just make them with salt and pepper, simple but delicious. If you google it I am sure there are lots of other ideas out there. Well worth it, they were awesome!

Good morning all. A slug day sounds pretty good to me. I think I will clean up my closet and finally put away my summer clothes. TTC has closed down a section again so I told my DH to take the car to work. Now I realise I would like to go to IKEA. I will have to decide later if I feel like a round about route to get there. I will probably just wait until tomorrow.

Off shortly for a walk with the dog

Morning,

I'm off to a short work meeting and then St Lawrence Market to pick up a few things including a pumpkin. I hope everyone has relaxing slug days, I'll be doing that tomorrow.

Evening all. Just came in from work and relaxing. No slug day for me today, will have one tomorrow though. Hope everyone had a great day.

B - 1/4 cup soybean curry, 3oz smoked pork

L - 3oz Nandos chicken breast, 1/3 cup cucumber salad

D- marmelade toast

S - tea, maybe the dinner i was supposed to eat, 3oz pork chop, peas and few spoons of pasta
