Did anyone else feel like there is fur growing on their tongue while on the Optifast??

I most definitely had the same feeling! I couldn't brush my teeth enough times in a day!!!

its from Ketosis, google it :) it is the whole intention of optifast for us to burn our fat around our livers.

Fuzzy or coated tongue is common from what I've observed on this board.

I'm on Day 3 of Optifast. My teeth feel gross, like I've never brushed in my life. Thank goodness I had my cleaning a week ago. My hygienist would probably think I'm disgusting.

You're supposed to have bad breath, too. I'm not sure, my husband refuses to let me test it on him. However, I do have this weird taste in my mouth that is hard to get rid of.
