one month post-op

One month ago today had my surgery, here's what's happened since, I'm am off my Bp meds, normal blood pressure, I'm not snoring anymore, hope my sleep apnea is gone!! my anxiety Is better, I feel good!!!!! , I'm wearing clothes,I had long ago put away In the closet because they were too small!! Back to work next week and on with my New healthier happier life!!!

So happy to hear you are doing well. I sent message last month asking how you were. Your sleep is so important to calm aniety. Best of luck with your return to work. Have you seen the surgeon for one month checkup? Good for you.
