Remember that a month post op you have to switch chewables for pill form.
You might want to call the nutrionist for for more support on this.
first thing i do when i wake up is i take my prevacid. and then i take b12 and chewable calcium citrate 500mg/ chewable vitamin D. I wait about 1.5 and then I eat breakfast. In the afternoon i take chewable calcium citrate and vitamin D. then wait 1.5 hours and have my supper. In the evening around 10 pm i take 2 centrum chewables before bed
I eat enough dairy in the day that the dietican said its okay if i only take calcium twice a day
I take 2 multivitamins in the morning and two in the late evening. I take calcium around noon and again around 5. This has been my routine for years, and my labs have always been excellent. I take Vita4Life Multi-Standard and their Chelated Calcium. I know it's confusing, but once you develop a routine it becomes second nature. Almost like flushing a toilet. J You can find the products I use here. BTW, they're coming out with a chewable multi without iron in a month or two! I was told about this launch when I ordered last.
