What are you eating/doing today (Tuesday)
I already responded to your rant, but at my one month I actually left and cried, I found it so frustrating, and am happy that I have a friend who is 6 years and this board as excellent resources, but there were people hanging on to the dietician's every word and it made me so mad. It benefits EVERYONE if people are successful post surgery and is absolutely maddening that the required appointments can lead people away from success. I am wondering if its possible to skip future dietician appointments. I am happy to see everyone else, as I have said before I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone else I have met through TWH.

OMG, I have not been on OH in forever and a day. I need to pause, re-adjust and get back on track. Almost 2 years post-op as Nov 20th. I still feel great and have been maintaining but feel myself slipping and needing support/reminders that this is forever and this is what I chose to commit my life to. Just downloaded MFP again for the much needed reality check. My issue has always been grazing and night time eating. I'm great Monday to Friday (5pm to be specific) and then lose it come the weekend...I become less mindful and indulge far too often!
