Good morning everyone.  You know what tastes good?  Raw ginger mixed with nsa jam on p28 toast.  It is a really nice combination!  Today will be another day of recovery from this stupid bug.  Watching tv and playing "family barn" online.  lol  I know, I am a wild woman eh?  My dogs are loving this though, they get to cuddle with me all day, they are super content. lol  Going to have to do a load of dishes and laundry for next week at some time.

b -  gnc protein shake chocolate flavour

s - slice of p28 toasted with ginger/nsa jam combo and margarine, later... might make a homemade sf hot chocolate with chipotle pepper in it to kill my cold

l - better than bouillon chicken broth with fresh garlic and ginger, later...tiny organic gala apple from my father's apple tree

s - same as morning snack, later...sf orange koolaid

d - homemade greek salad  

s - sf blackberry lemonbabe with laxaday added, later...more chicken broth

 All water and vits, have a good one everyone!

I love ginger on anything. I love steamed veggies with ginger, meat, etc.. not sure why I love it so much LOL.

Morning,

I can't believe it's the unofficial last day of summer. Where did it go?! Oh wait, I had surgery and recovery most of the summer :) 

Zizzler, glad your furry nurses are happy. Feel better. Incognito, have a GREAT interview! As others have said, it never hurts to leave yourself lots of time to get there.

Mostly relaxing with a little bit of work today. My mother in law is coming in tonight for dinner and some time together, so that should be fun.

I'm working today for good ole Rogers and enjoying the slow day with stat pay, huzzah.

b: Vanilla protein powder with sugar free cinnamon dolche syrup from Starbucks

s: source yogurt, strawberries and cream

l: Spinach salad with cucumbers from mom's garden, may toss on some poppyseed dressing

s: deviled egg 

d: I have a pork roast in the oven with steamed veggies... may toss in some ginger (read above, LOL)

I put it on the steamed carrots that I made with a little bit of salt - yum! All I have at the moment is dried ginger powder, so I just sprinkle it on.

I am very late today. SO tired from the ex yesterday. Gave in and had some ice cream. When will I learn. I have been n the washroom a lot today but at least I am cleaned out. I know to much info. I even slept in until 10 A. So unlike me. I have not had much sleep lately and it felt great.

Barb I am watching the game and your Ticats are beating our butt.

Oskee wee wee Pat!

It was so ridiculously hot at the game.  I drank 4 large bottles of water and one beer.  Too hot for food even.  I am going now to peel my clothes off and have a cool shower.
