RNY  6 Years 5 Months post Op

Morning

Heading to the Labor Day classic today to see the Ti-Cats.  Fortunately our seats are in the shade as its going to be brutal sitting there in the heat of the day.

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

L - at the game - 1/2 chicken fajita wrap

                         small amount of green salad

                        few bites of peach cobbler

 

S - 1 lite beer and 1 small bag of chips

 

D - Toasted tomato sandwich

     1 corn on the cob with butter

 

S - popsicle

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,714,  Carbs - 185,  Fat - 46 Grams,  Protein - 82 Grams

 

All water and vits

Enjoy the football game Birdie!

Labour day Monday always feels like the shortest day ever. I have a job interview tomorrow that I feel so nervous for. I am planning to prep for the interview today, and stay cool in my very, very hot apartment...and somehow get my steps in.

8000 steps

3 weeks pre op

B-gnc strawberry lean shake

S-Greek yogurt 

L-1/3 Wendy's small chilli

S-source dessert yogurt

D-spinach/chorizo/chicken soup

S-gnc shake, siping on syntrax fuzzy navel all day

Good luck in the interview.  You must really want this job if you are nervous.  Make sure you give yourself enough time to get there tomorrow so you are a few minutes early.  Be yourself - a good interviewer can see behind the responses to get an idea of the person.

It's looks like it is going to be a hot one out there! Enjoy the game barb and I55, good luck with your interview tomorrow! Today I have an appointment with my lounge chair in Puerto  Backyardo, and a couple early morning and late night walks with my poochie. I am tired from our weekend but had a great time in the Old port in Montreal yesterday. Stay cool everyone and enjoy the holiday Monday!

Morning all. Very hot and sticky, arggg. Makes it hard to do anything. Nothing much planned today just resting. Have fun at your game Barb and good luck with your interview tomorrow Incognito. 

B - 1 scrambled egg with 1/4 cup corned beef

L - 2oz shrimp, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1tbsp light salmon cream cheese

S - homemade protein shake with tofu

D - 3oz grilled pork shoulder, 1/2 cup cucumbers with feta

S - 2oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup grapes

Totals: 806 cals, 25 carbs, 36 fat, 93 protein

Lol Barb, it's not as bad as it sounds. Tofu picks up the flavour of others and it really gives it a silly texture when you blend it, YUM,
