Chikes Ice coffee proetin shake - Ottawa

Hi, does anyone know where I could pick up some of the Chikes coffee protein in the Ottawa area. I am not much of an on-line shopper.

Kirsten Chike is great, but also expensive to ship to Canada.  You can take any vanilla ready to drink protein shake that you like, add ice and instant decaf coffee crystals and mix.  Also you can make a iced coffee at home and add unflavoured whey protein isolate powder (Bulk Barn sells it at a reasonable price) and add that to the coffee.  Don't try adding the powder to hot coffee, it doesn't dissolve well.
