Monday night check in on what did you eat today
Hope everyone has been drinking lots of water with this heat. I have drank so much of it I am starting to hate water. I was suppose to do a bike ride today but cancel it due to the heat
B was banana 1/2 hour later 20 grams protein shake with 1/4 raspberries
snack 2 pieces of celery with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
L hydroxycut lean protein 18 grams of protein
s peach
dinner a small bun with lettuce, tomato, 2 oz of hard white cheese and 3 different lunch meats on it.
snack was sugar free vanilla cone which I am really not sure why I eat them because I always feel like crap after wards.
i was bad i saw sugar free licorice in the store and I bought a package. I have had 3 gave and put the rest away.
i may have some watermelon if I do it will be no more than a cup
I did a 45 minute work out class in the gym
I love licorice but don't think I could stop at 3!
breakfast was Greek yogurt and protein cereal
snack turkey pepperette
lunch two pieces of peamale with tomatoe onion and cheese melted on top

dinner half a chicken breast with slice of tomatoe and tried a couple of bites of leftover chicken divan

Barb,why is it that you can't eat leftovers because they make you feel sick yet you posted that you ate a vanilla cone knowing it would make you feel sick? I'd be trying leftovers over and over again before I'd try the ice cream. Maybe it's not the same kind of sick feeling but just trying to understand is all.

What do you mean by it goes? You throw up or what? How are you reheating your leftovers? Microwave reheating gives most people the most problems. I wrap mine in foil with a bit of water and put in the oven or in a pan on the stove with a lid with a bit of water, of course depending on what it is but meat reheats very easily that way. Microwave changes the texture and can cause problems for many.
