What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Wednesday)

I didn't get to goal weight until 13 months out. And then I lost 9 more after that (which i've put back on...lol). My lowest was just before the two year mark. Everyone does have a different make-up, so it's hard to compare, but it is still possible to lose after year one. Just slower. As it should be. 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Morning all. Have to be out in a bit and was so nervous last night and eventually fell asleep around 3am. I'm having my knee scope at St Mary's this morning so no eats for me till later on today. Wish me luck guys.

S - homemade samosa made with a low carb tortilla

Good luck Nia, hope they are able to repair your knee.  Kelly you are an inspiration and no wonder you and your Mum were crying, that is a major accomplishment.  Karen have fun at the games with your Dad.  Pat hope that you enjoy the games as well while you are volunteering.  Zizzler I am interested in the answer to that question as well.  Roma, I hope that you like the GNC card and get good use out of it.  

I am late to the party today.  I have already done swimming, and a Zumba yoga class.  This yoga was not my favourite and I probably won't do it again.  My knee and back are really hurting right now.  Only regular yoga for this girl from now on.  I've got my shopping done and this afternoon I have a doctor's appointment to followup from my scopes a month ago.

D. Jerk shrimp with peppers and mango to cool my mouth down lol

Breakfast source greek yogurt with bran buds

Snack blue berries

Lunch Salad with chicken and a chicken tornado

Snack mini cucumbers with ranch dip

Dinner spaghetti squash and meat sauce with shredded cheese
