What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Hope everyone had a great long weekend. Since I have not been feeling great, I have been eating a lot of the same things, over and over. Just easier. Staying on plan, but kinda boring, nothing really I wanted to post. But today I thought I would try posting again.
B- one egg omelette with some chopped red pepper, onion, and 19gr havarti inferno.
L- one cup salad with chicken salsa protini on top. Dressing 1tbsp low carb ketchup mixed with 1 tbsp low calorie miracle whip.
D- salmon burger with nsa pickles.
S- fuzzy naval protein shake.
I am trying to get my protein up to 80g to help with healing.
Myfitnesspal totals: calories 516, Carbs 17, Fat 17, Protein 73.
