Good morning everyone,
Today I'm doing a half day of work, and then heading out for my one month post op appointment. Enjoy the weather it's pretty out there.
5 weeks post op
B: GNC strawberries and cream
S: cheese string
L: 40g lemon tuna
S: Decaf coffee with soy milk
D: 3 tofurky and swiss roll ups with mustard
S: pudding with Vega protein if I can fit it in

Tanya, joint pain likely = large weight loss + increased activity since weight loss + age. I hate the last one. ;)
Off to a hair appointment shortly, not sure what else other than enjoying the back patio. I'm starting to feel almost guilty that I'm such a slug this week. Logically I know I've earned a rest, emotionally I feel under pressure when Andrew gets home from work and I feel almost compelled to give a run-down itinerary of the day's events (or lack thereof). So I am grouchy about feeling grouchy.

Good morning all! Tanya I still get arthritis pain, especially after an intense workout. Cc I did the same thing the other day, ate too many cherries and felt like crap. I find that I can eat more cherries if I pair them with cheese, sort of balances out the sugars I guess. Just came in from 2 hours of gardening outside, it was perfect weather for this and I am so thankful I have the mobility to be able to do this now. At 291 pounds I could barely stand for 10 minutes at a time it was so painful. Now that I have my exercise done for the day I am going to focus on getting things ready for my trip as I am leaving tomorrow. Still have a few errands to run and packing to do, but mostly I am going to enjoy the day, maybe a bbq outside later on if the mood strikes me. Going to give myself a pedi this evening, one of may nails got caught on a drawer at work and it scraped the polish right off of it so it looks like crap now. A nice long hot bath in my squeaky clean bathroom.
b - chocolate gnc lean protein shake
s - pressed cottage cheese pancakes, trying this for the first time, sounds good, with sf pancake syrup
l - cucumber slices with almond cranberry chicken salad and feta cheese
s - more pancakes if they are good
d - more pancakes...
s - and still more pancakes....
all water and vits

Sorry Tanya about your joint pain, CC glad your appts went well and sorry about those cramps Pat. I had an episode last week where the back of my leg was spasming for a while and it took a long stretch to make it go away. Not as intense as you guys though.
