1 year ... what a change
July 17 is one year for me!!! I can't believe the changes!! I'm no longer on any medications ( was on 6) I no longer have sleep apnea, high blood pressure or acid reflux. I don't snore or have swollen ankles. I can sit on any chair or booth and shop in most stores. I feel like a million bucks! I'm no longer a prisoner to my own body!!!! I posted some pic's of before and after in my profile.
What a huge difference a year can make - congratulations and Happy 1 Year Surgiversary! Wishing you continued success and good health!

Swampy you and I are surgery twins, my surgery was on July 17th as well. You summed up so much of what I am feeling. Thank you for this post.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
