Resting is the best thing for you right now. I do understand the boredom factor. Maybe now while you're not busy would be a good time to read some of the past posts on the forum. I am not sure if those on Opti post in here too, but I am going to join in, it will help me for after surgery :)
B - 1 Optifast, 32 oz of water with a mio splash
L - 1 Optifast with SF Hazelnut Syrup, Peach Tranquility Tea (Starbucks) with splenda.
S - 1 cup of Chicken Broth, 1 SF Jello
D- 1 Optifast, 1 cup of chicken broth
S - SF Popsicle

Not sure if you post the fit bit steps from the day before or the day of so my steps so far today at 3:30 pm are 9,371 ya for a 6.85 km walk i just got back from. yesturday steps 4,681 way to hot for me to get outside yesturday
4 weeks post op tomorrow
Breakfast = 2 source greek yogurt cups
Snack = banana
Lunch = maple leaf flake turkey mashed in with some sweet potato left over from last night
Snack = cheese string
Supper = spaghetti sauce with some ground turkey topped with some grated cheese
Hi Northernfal. I think that you post your steps from the day before. If not, I think that Birdiegirl must get up very early because some days she posts over 18,000 steps. You are doing great, almost 10,000 and it's only the afternoon, and only 4 weeks post op. You go girl.
