Morning all :)

Barb, I hope you enjoy the tennis lesson! I'm sure it's likely been about the same length of time for me. :)

Up through the night walking off leg/foot/shin cramps - I think I got a little dehydrated in the sun and heat yesterday, will be more mindful today and will add in an extra potassium pill. My doctor also suggested adding a magnesium supplement so I'll look into that I guess. Off to work for another fun-filled day (don't let my complaining fool you, I actually love the crazy), not sure what else I'll get up to, hoping for an early night.

Yum! Do you smoke your own chickpeas or use a food dehydrator?

My husband was smoking ribs yesterday and I put them in the smoker. I know a lot of people just use the oven but since he had it going anyway It does add another flavour to them

Good morning everyone.  Barb good for you for trying something new (or 30 years old) enjoy the tennis.  Tanya enjoy the gym or swim.  Karen enjoy the crazy, lol.  Pat I don't think people realize what volunteers have to go through.  Zizzler grab a few leaves of mint (2) from your garden and throw it in with the watermelon and feta (don't cut the mint, just let it marinate with the other 2 ingredients)  I works so well together.

Today I am staying around the house, continuing my household drudgery chores - laundry, dusting, paperwork, make calls.

I am on clear fluids today so water, broth, watered down apple juice.

Have a great day everyone.

Well I am sitting at home resting and walking since I five days post sleeve surgery. In all reality I am going insane by being so bored at home, just really focusing on not over doing anything.
