Zizzler, I think VV is having a Canada Day sale - 50% off on Monday, June 29th.
CC, have a great time on your vacation and Pat, you too! Wishing good weather for you!
Had a very nice day at the memorial yesterday, lots of laughs and a few tears but it was great to see everyone. It was a little unsettling having no one recognize me and comment on my weight - I had surgery 9 years ago, clearly I don't see these people very often.
Have some running around to do today and it's actually almost sunny out there at the moment - Costco, garden centre, not sure where else but I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
9 years post-op
- coffee with cream x 4 over the day -
B - Premier protein shake (chocolate - it tasted pretty good! I was worried I might be too spoiled with the GNC shakes lol)
S - blah, not feeling food yet today
L - 1 scrambled egg, 3 slices bacon, sliced tomato
S - ham, cheese,pickle roll-ups (3) dipped in deli mustard
D - 3-4 oz BBQ pork tenderloin, skewered grilled veggies tossed with a little Greek vinaigrette and crumbled feta
S - not sure yet!
Have a great Sunday!
K. :)

I got a call yesterday for an interview at a group home for the mentally challenged for Monday evening. Wish me luck as this would help me tremendously by both getting back into society and financial wise as well.
