What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Yes, that is a great habit, and it's one of the few that I've kept up very well since surgery. I eat 5-6 times a day, always at 2-4 hour intervals (usually about 3 hours between). But now it's started to matter WHAT I eat, too, and how much I exercise. Life was so much easier when I didn't have any hunger for the first 6 months after surgery!
Sounds like you're doing great. :) Good luck to you too.

Good morning all. Some pill bottles or electronic packaging have silica packs. They work even better than rice but you need to keep it in a bag with it
I am having an annoying day so far. I get to the streetcar to find out I left my towel at home. I have everything else in my locker at the pool. May go to Marshalls and buy a towel. Spent the last hour trying to re-set our FEDEX work account just to be told it is not up-dated in their computer for 24 hours. Since I was sending to Europe I was using them. Now it will be Purolator and hope for the best.
At this point It can only improve.
