What are you eating/doing today (Saturday)
Afternoon all :)
I slept in - and not just slept in, I slept 'til 11! Now I'm all out of sorts, used to getting up at 5. LOL
Have some shopping to do (Costco, I must be crazy), then not sure what else. It is pouring and blowing out there, kind of puts the kibosh on my back patio plans!
9 years post-op
- coffee with cream x 4 over the day -
B - Premier protein shake
L - 1 egg, 3 slices bacon, sliced tomatoes, a bite of toast
S - ham,cheese,pickle roll-ups (2) dipped in deli mustard, later: Chike protein iced coffee
D - leftovers - BBQ chicken and lemon-basil green beans & mushrooms
S - not sure yet

Not having the best eating day, I ate a Klondike cone. And I really really enjoyed it. I waited too long to eat and I was just ravenous, that is most dangerous thing for me, to let myself get too hungry. Then about an hour after I ate it I got really sleepy and was pretty much knocked out. I was like that before surgery, why did I think it would be any different after? Who knows. I slept for 2 hours, now I am up and will get back on track.

b - chocolate premier protein shake, xl decaf coffee
s - simply protein bar, chocolate gnc lean protein shake
l - cheese cubes and grapes, later...a Klondike bar (sigh)
d - leftover chicken and broccoli with homemade lighter alfredo sauce made with skim milk (this turned out great, going to freeze some for work lunches next week)
s - trident sugar free gum grape lemonade flavour is awesome!...later... dill pickle sunflower seeds in shell (sooo good)
all water and vits
