Thank you Julie, glad to see you are still around. Did you ever go to the coffee nights? How are things with you? Things will be pretty different at the cottage this year eh? We can do more stuff, feel better, more energy. It's going to be awesome.

I'm always around...read posts every day. No I never went to the coffee nights because of distance and lack of time with 2 boys. I'm doing good, crusing along. For sure it will be different this year!!! Last year I was on Optifast for my entire vacation! This summer will be awesome! Take care
