Hmmm.. maybe so. I was thinking maybe it had something to do with feeling held back/repressed OR a desire to "escape" but things were holding me back. Who knows? lol

Morning all. Happy Friday Tanya and Kudos to you Barb for keeping on track yesterday. Sorry Karen you're having a crappy start, hope the day ends on a better note for you. I feel you on the uninspired menu ideas too Karen. I tend to eat the same things over and over and it truly gets tiring for sure.

Good morning all. Not a great swim yesterday. Just too many people in the pool. At one point I felt like I was being chased by the other people in the lane.
I piked up a cookbook for a woman I work with. She was dying to make me something from it. So I ended up have this for lunch yesterday. It tasted good but I had a not great reaction to it. I ended up running for the washroom less than an hour later. So I will stick with my own lunch I brought in yesterday.
Biking home tonight. Hope it is not too hot
Dinner is up in the air. Neither my dh or I could think of what we wanted. I have put in chicken but we will see what he brings home.
