Missed this forum !!!

Hello all,

It's been a few years since I have been on here....for some reason I came back on the website and remembered all the amazing people/ stories  and support I received on this site !

I am 5 years out  - orignally lost 100lbs and gained back less than 20......wanting to tone up and maybe lose 10lbs !
