Hope everyone had a great day! Have not been feeling great the last couple days, not wls related. I wanted to post though.
B- source greek, cherry
L- Flakes of ham 52gm, 10gr mild cheddar cheese
D- mini meat loaf
S- 1 syntrax fuzzy naval shake, 1 premier protein
myfitnesspal totals: calories 557, carbs 12, fat 16, protein 88.
All vits and lotsa water.
Not feeling much like cooking or trying anything new the last couple days. So easy food for me. I have been craving some chili, may make tomorrow.
