Morning all. Sorry for the silence. Was feeling really low and tired for the last few days and slept through. After that 'false' sense of 100% energy i had the other day, today i'm glad to report i am feeling better. Hopefully this anesthesia will be gone by next week. Dr said i was full and poop and need to get that moving. Been using MOM and some fibre. How else do you you guys stay regular?

B - oatmeal with protein powder
L - 2oz chicken, zucchini
S - 1oz cheese, 1/4 cup grapes
D - tilapia/steak, veg
S - cappuccino, tilapia
Have a good day all.
My centre told me to use restoralax (also called laxaday), I like it because it desolves completely in liquid and does not taste like anything. I have used MOM when I have real problems, but usually the restoralax every few days does the trick. I have found that if I make sure I get some cucumber or apple in that I seem more regular. Also making sure I am drinking enough liquids is really important, especially if you are eating lots of fibre.
