Good morning everyone.  DH and I had a wonderful time on the our getaway to Toronto.  I did swim everyday at the hotel which has to count a little against the 1 or 2 not so good choices I made in eating.  

Today it's swimming in the warm pool, going back to the Spanner sale (thanks Pat) because the pants that I bought there I like so much that I'm going to buy them in a smaller size.  I also have to run some errands today, then like you Tanya I'm going to relax tonight.

RNY  6 Years Post op

Morning

Off to walk and golf the course this morning.  I took a sleeping pill last night and I am so drugged .  Meeting tonight at the keg for dinner.

STEPS - 6780

EATS - this is not enough food listed for me - will add 3-400 calories at some point - all protein - just not sure what and when

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - 1 oz hard parmesan

    1 medium honey crisp

 

S - Love Beets sweet fire marinade - 1/3 the package

 

D - 6 oz beef tenderloin

     double veggies

 

S - source yogurt - stewed rhubarb - fibre one cereal - FF cool whip

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 762,  Carbs - 56 Grams,  Fat - 23, Protein - 83 Grams

 

All vits and water - more decaf coffee

Good morning all. My dh dropped me at work with my bike so I will be biking home. He forgot he took my lock off my bike so when he grabbed my bike he didn't get my lock. We have the smallest elevator you can image. Bringing the bike up to the second floor was a real pain but it is a really heavy bike and there is not way I could have carried it up the stairs. So I have my bike key just no lock. Sign.

I burned my arm from steam on Saturday. A kettle lid fell off as I was pouring water out. It is mostly just red and no broken skin but I didn't think swimming would be a god idea yesterday. I will swim tomorrow.

DH smoked me some chick peas on Sunday. They turned out pretty good but I think I need to try a different spice next time

The sun is finally out after a few dreary days so I am going outside to get some natural Vitamin D and will clean up around the yard.  Amazing how many branches break off over the winter.

B - Total Lean Shake

S - 1 egg, 1/2 oz old cheddar, homemade sausage, red pepper and green onion all scrambled together

L - turkey vegetable soup, few saltines

S - kielbassa and pickles

D - roasted brussel sprouts, 4 oz centre loin chop

S - 1 cup coconut milk made into a latte.
