Morning all. Nice sunny day out there today.

18 months post

B - scrambled egg with cheese, slice of thin bread

L - 2oz chicken breast, cucumbers

S - turkey flakes, cream cheese, 2 brenton crackers

D - prtabello mushroom, 2 oz protein???

S - cappuccino, turkey pepperoni, 1/4 cup grapes

Good morning everyone.   Tracey thank you so much for the K2.0 fix.  

Late posting today as I had too much to do before swimming.   Swimming done, now it's shopping and coffee with a friend. Then I may go to a tanning salon. I just don't want to lose the tan I got in Florida.   It was my first real tan, and old saggy skin looks a little better in light brown. Will avoid tanning my face.

L. Mango salad with spicy grilled shrimp

D. 1/2 flatbread pizza

S. Green tea

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Good morning, Biked to work this morning. Great weather.Managed to forget a Doctors appointment. I remembered it all week then forgot this morning. By the time I remembered I had twenty minutes to get there. I would be lucky to make it in just under an hour. I hate going to Sunnybrook Hospital. I think part of this is knowing it is a waste of time. I am finding out results that I think are probably negative. 

Interesting discussion on exercise and eating yesterday. I think I do assume if I exercise then I give myself license to over eat. I am trying to lose some weight from the winter. So watching what I am eating and not giving into the candy monster at work is helping.

Work then biking home, nothing exciting.

b protein+ in shake with greek yogurt, benefiber and skim milk

s banana, cheese and melba toast

l chili, yogurt

s beef jerky

d ribs, salad

s glass of wine (will kill weight loss)

Hi Pat

I have to be careful not to over eat when I exercise too.  That is why I try to ignore any steps/calories burned as far as license  to eat goes.  I still feel healthier and stronger with movement.

I do feel better. Especially after I swim. I am finding my core muscles a lot a lot stronger. I would often stagger or lose balance before. I know initially it was the lost weight doing this but even before surgery my balance was awful. My arms seem to sag less. The loose skin doesn't seem to swing as bad LOL
