Good morning all. I biked home from work yesterday. The back of my legs are sure feeling it today. When I started the ride I was surprised how easy it was but by the time I got home I was tired. Did not ride today because I am going out to dinner tonight. Unfortunately at the present I do not know where we are going. We are taking a visitor out. Between a conference tomorrow and just finding out they will be doing construction in a cupboard and room across from me next week it is becoming a busy day. Need to empty the closet. I may not go swimming today. I will get enough exercise around here.

B 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 cup greek yogurt with a spoonful of protein powder, 2 melon chunks, a strawberry and a chunk of pineapple.

I spent time making a bunch of food to last the next little while so I don't have to think about it. I marinated some drumsticks in lime juice and jerk seasoning and baked them, hardboiled 8 eggs, chopped up a big container of fruit, and caramelized onions carrots garlic mushrooms with thyme oregano, rosemary, basil, a crushed bay leaf, worcestershire sauce black pepper, and msg (yes I cook with msg, it's delicious). Went to the store and grabbed some greek yogurt, and kefir which I like in my homemade protein shakes.
My goal is to eat 900 calories a day give or take.
Today is leg day. calves and thighs.
