What are eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Happy Hump Day, y'all!
I love Wednesdays - Council or General Committee every Wednesday, so the office is dead quiet and I get a **** ton of stuff done in peace. lol I need to make a doctor appointment, dentist appointment, and a car maintenance appointment. I'm writing this so I hopefully commit it to memory. lol Have to run a couple of errands after work, then home for the evening (my favourite part of my day along with the few hours of "peace and happiness" each morning since I get up at 5 ;))

good morning everyone. Karen, I am super jealous of your quiet time today, enjoy! Cc do you use blocks for your yoga? I tried this for the first time ever this weekend and was amazed at how much a foam block helped me in some of the poses.
Just work and the gym today, nothing special.

Zizzler the studio that I went to had blocks, mats, bolster pillows, rollers, etc. It was very gentle yoga and I came out of there feeling as though I stretched my back in a good way.

Morning all. Had a good nights sleep last night with all the left over meds from the scope. Wish i slept like that everyday, lol. Thank you all for checking up on me. Will let you know what happens at my follow up appt next week. Although i was hungry yesterday i didn't manage to eat much, was more thirsty than anything. Ended up having an egg, 3/4 protein bar, then made some oatmeal later on.

I do, yes :) It started when I returned to work after a lengthy illness as I have some medication that I must take and it takes while to work through my system and I need the worst of it over with prior to leaving for work. I quickly realized how peaceful it is at that time of morning. I wasn't rushed, spent the time reading and catching up here on OH and through my emails, and just generally "waking up" and planning for the day ahead. It has made a huge impact on day to day stresses, etc. - I start my day peacefully and it seems to set the tone for the remainder of the day. It is rather early though, isn't it. lol
