Good morning everyone.  Karen I hope that work goes quickly for you today.  Tanya have fun in the charity walk.  Barb enjoy Game of Thrones, Pat, I did not know that about Walmart (definitely food for thought).  Zizzler have a good workout at the gym.

Today it's gardening, household chores and maybe going to the movies tonight (we'll see how DH feels)

B. large decaf coffee with SF cinnamon dolce syrup, cream

S. Premier Protein shake with decaf crystals

L. half of a Poblano pepper stuffed with scrambled eggs, Monterey Jack, fresh pico de gallo

S. Chike protein coffee while out in the garden

D. Leftover brisket with mushrooms and gravy

S. Popcorn at the movie (100 calorie Skinny Pop Bag)

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Morning all. Welcome back Barb. Thanks Karen for your well wishes on my acceptance to college. Tanya thank you for offering your couch for when i get stranded. Will have to get your number just in case that winter gets nasty. It's kinda scary going back to school older. I'm 36 and although excited about starting a new adventure, kinda feel out of place. Oh well, i'm sure i'll enjoy it. Zizzler, enjoy your workout and just like CC, i'll enjoy doing some household chores, lol.

B - ham and mushroom omelette

L - 1/3 banana and egg pancake

S - 1/3 cup tuna, cream cheese, 3 slices cucumbers

D - 2oz chicken, cauliflower, 1/8 cup sweet potato

S - 2oz ham, skinny cappuccino
