Good morning everyone.  Up early even though I can sleep in.  I have noticed that I wake up early no matter what, I guess my body needs less sleep?  I stopped using my cpap machine a few weeks ago and since then I noticed I wake up feeling more refreshed and I wake up earlier too.  Have a family gathering today, should be fun.  Also plan to hit value village and the gym later on for my regular workout of elliptical training and weights.  I am up to lifting 55lbs+ on all arm/back machine exercises, up from 20lbs when I started 5 months ago, so real progress there.  Legs I vary from 55-115lbs depending on the machine, up from 15-40 when I started.  Abs I can do 50lbs no problem now, when I started I was doing 5lbs.  I have to say, weights are so awesome, they relieve stress and make everyday movement easier, I love it.

Zizzler has your doctor OK'd you stopping use of your CPAP?  If not, you may want to check with him.  Someone posted that if you were in a car accident you might be charged and not covered by insurance if you stopped your CPAP without medical approval.  The CPAPs these days register usage.

Welcome home Barb. Have a great walk Tanya. Our local MP and my church are running a documentary about the collapse of garment factories in Rana. I have already seen the film but will help provide a hot dog lunch. It is interesting the companies like Joe Fresh that have signed a commitment to ethical factories. Whereas companies like Walmart have started their own which is more smoke an mirrors than actual help for the workers. another reason I do not shop Walmart.

I used to love hotdogs. Now the smell makes me gag.

Biking this afternoon then quiet night.

b 2 egg, smoked bacon

l chicken salad, yogurt

s not sure

d pork tenderloin , kale salad,

Have a great day everyone
