What are you doing/eating today? (Thursday)

I think my mood changes are hormonal.  Yesterday I was in emotional hell, today I feel fine, normal.  The difference is that I got my period this morning - aha!  I am going to have to keep this in mind in the future.

7 months post op

b - premier protein shake, xl decaf hazelnut coffee

s - 1 sf Greek yogurt with cottage cheese

l - the toppings only if of a slice of combination pizza

s - small packet bd almonds, later... Sf grape drink

d - from freezer: 1 cup leftover garlic herb pork loin with carrots, celery, mushrooms. Cucumber slices with salt.

s - simply protein bar

all water and vits

So true!  I find my PMS is worse and worse as I lose weight.  Maybe the hormones are more concentrated in a smaller body?  Whatever the reason whoa, it sucks!

There is some science to this - hormones stored in fat that are released as one loses weight - its pretty common.

Good evening,

Couldn't get on OH early this morning and have been running all day - glad to see it's back up. Crazy ridiculousness at work, not much else to report sadly. lol

9 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - Source Greek, 10 grapes (yes I counted them)

L - leftover chicken and green beans & mushrooms

S - ham/cheese/pickle roll ups (2), a few small CRACKers

D - *sigh* I just got home a while ago and my gut is in a state of "no thank you" despite the vast number of choices I have. We shall see.

Hello I went to Walmart today at lunch to pick up Jello Cups. Upon further inspection they were 5 Cals each, and not zero which I don't want to get in the habit of, so put those back. I picked up the walmart brand of flavoured waters, all zero and approved on the Optifast faze.

I need to get in the more water, so I am happy to have this FANTASTIC! flavouring to make me forget Optifast each day.
