Oh  yes, I put in a splash in my coffee. I do buy the light, and made the mistake of buying the ones "to use in cooking" that got lumpy (as it does). I need to find some sort of nice pouring container, because pouring from tupperware is just not fun.

Good morning all.

Mystery of my knee solved. It seems that since I have a torm meniscus it appears it is moving and causing the pain. Then when it move back the pain goes away. Makes sense just annoying since there is nothing I can do to stop it or make it go away.

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

l pea soup, yogurt

s baby bell, beef jerky

d turkey, grd probably in pasta sauce, salad

s 2 crackers with laughing cow

Can they not fix the tear with surgery?  What about knee replacement?  I have a healed torn miniscus too so I am curious.

I was told that they no longer operate for torn meniscus. Knee replacement is an option but I want to put it off as long as possible. Replacements are suppose to last only 10 years. SO if I can put it off for 5 years or so that would be the best. Just depends how long I want to put up with the pain.
