Good morning ladies,

Welcome back Pat! Hope you enjoyed your vacation.

I am exhausted, work today, off tomorrow but very busy getting ready to move mom and dad bad to London this week.

B 1/3 c ff cottage cheese, 1/2 c source yogurt, protein coffee

S 4 oz skim milk, 1/2 sm banana

L Spicy peanut satay tuna, 3 melbas, 1/2 c sweet kale salad

D 3 oz greek turkey burger w/ all fixings and no bun

S 1 source greek yogurt

Morning all :)

Tanya, helping people move - doesn't get much more fun than that! lol

Work today, have to run a quick errand after, coffee night in Mississauga tonight which I am really looking forward to :)

8.5 years post-op (just realized I will be writing the number 9 starting this Saturday)

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - Greek yogurt, sprinkle of toasted almonds

L - small flour tortilla (like, really small - I think I got someones mistake in the bag lol), 1.5 oz summer sausage, 1.5 oz old cheddar, lettuce, full-fat mayo)

S - Greek yogurt, 10 grapes

D - beef stew from the freezer (quick meal before I head out to coffee night)

S - coffee with cream, not sure if I will want anything else

Good morning everyone.  We had a fantastic mini vacation, and back home for a week, then off to Florida.  Wasn't it wonderful to have the sun shining yesterday and see all that nasty snow melting.  I was able to exercise everyday at the hotel while we were away.  Food choices were good, with 1 or 2 exceptions where I shared something decadent.

Today it's swimming, then lots of paperwork (this will be ongoing all week)

7 months post op

S. Premier Protein Shake

L. Leftover bacon wrapped monkfish

S. Light and Fit Greek yogurt in salted caramel

D. Leftover bacon wrapped monkfish

S. Deli turkey with a little greek yogurt cream cheese rolled up

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

All the melting is nice until you realize you are sneezing and eyes are watering and then you remember why you love everything frozen stiff, damn allergies.  Time to stock up on Claritin by the case.

 

B - latte made with coconut milk

S - 2 eggs, 1 rye toast

L - centre loin chop, greek salad, steamed broc

S - kielbassa and cheese

D - same as lunch

S - maybe another latte if coffee alone doesn't satisfy.

Regular day today, some errands after work. Cold is still lingering, hopefully on its way out. Not much appwtite still, will do my best. Have a nice day everyone.

s - 3 fresh strawberries, 2 tbs almonds, Mandarin sf source greek yogurt

l - string cheese, cucumber slices, key lime source greek yogurt

s - 3 fresh strawberries, 2 tbs almonds

d - last of the leftover salad with chicken from Saturday 

s - 1/4c homemade protein flax oat bran with strawberries

all vits and water

Good morning ladies.  Today is my first day back to work since surgery and I hope that I have packed enough in my little lunch bag to get me though!!!

S: Source Greek Yogurt (Vanilla Chocolate flavour) - my new addiction

L: 1/4c mashed taters and 3z baked atlantic salmon

S: Source Greek Yogurt (Apple Pie flavor)

D: 3/4cup Skipjack Tuna, Miracle Whip & 3 pieces melba toast

S: Armstrong Herb Cheese Stick & Coffee with the group tonight!

 

Cal: 822  Fat: 24  Carbs: 49  Fiber: 6 Protein: 106

Still finding my way around these macros....it can be a touch overwhelming...but trucking along.

Hello all. So tired today. Had a very busy weekend hopefully a quieter week. CC glad you enjoyed your mini vacation and glad you made it back safe Pat. Tracy, i hear you on the allergies, never used to have any until 3 yrs ago, sucks. Zizzler, l hope you kick that cold for good soon.

Good afternoon everyone.. Home with my kids a few days for the March Break.. Busy busy day ahead 😊.. Got to the gym this morning and did a 5k run/walk... Then teaching a Zumba class this evening
