What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Wednesday)
I find days 3-7 of starting a new plan is always the worst.

Good morning everyone!
I'm busy getting ready for my trip to "Paris" so not much food left. My nephew will be staying at my place so he can buy whatever he likes as long as he takes it with him when he leaves (calories in--calories out ). I've packed some proti-oatmeal for breakfast ... and I'm hoping all the walking I do there will counter any extra calories. As I write this -- I just realized how much my mindset has changed ... never would I have thought about my calories or physical output during a vacation. This is a good thing
Today's menu will be full of cottage cheese, yogurt and of course ketchup.
Have a good day everyone!
I had no idea you had a trip planned to Paris - have an wonderful vacation!
"Calories in - calories out" - funny girl!

It is hatha flow (so many different types of yoga - not really one that is regular). She was an amazing instructor, and I will be following her around. Not sure where our usual instructor was. He is good, but basically just gently calls out the moves. This instructor gave us many different ways to try each pose. There were a few that I never knew I could do!! I feel so good!

Sick with a cold/cough today, so my menu will be a little different. I will be including lots of raw garlic to combat my cold. I really hope it works, I have choir tomorrow night and would like to be able to sing, dammit. Right now my voice is a croak. lol I have zero appetite so I will be relying on supplements to get my protein in, make sure I get all my vits with some extra vitamin c in the mix. Have a nice day everyone, try to enjoy the warmer weather.
