Hi all.  I have been using FITBIT and have to make a visit to see the surgeon regarding some complications and would like to bring him a hard copy of the data.  Does anyone know how to do that?

i dont belive there is a way to print off a complete report with fit bit unless you pay for the premium (and i am not sure what the premium offers as reports)  i know that every week i get a progress report in my email and i have been keeping those and printing them off to bring to my 1on1 appointments with the nurse, dietican and social worker.

Go to Settings > Export Data

You can download your data in Excel format. Once downloaded, I like to combine the reports into a new one where I have "Date" as Column A, "Calories In" as Column B, and "Calories Burned" as Column C. The final column is Net Calories (B - C). From there I play around with estimating weight loss based on 1 pound loss being a deficit of 3,500 calories.
