Guess I just a TBT just to see the difference and progress I have made in the past 2 years. My surgiversary is Feb. 26th and I am bit nervous for my 2 year follow up next week! I really wanted to loose another 20 by the time I went back, but my body really likes the weight I am at! I have tracked my weight for the last year and I am +/- 5 lbs each month and stay around 180-185. I am 5'4" and started at 295. I am not going to beat myself up about my weight anymore, because I try to do my best, exercise and continue with my water and vitamins. I figure I have stayed the same for the last year. I started out wearing 24 pants and now wear 10/12 and tops 3/4x and now M/L. I even think I grew an inch too to 5'5", like I always thought I was, till they measured me for surgery! LOL
I have so many NSV's to include them all. But, what stands out the most is that I can RUN!! I have done many 5k, and 10k's. Even did a sprint duathlon last summer. I got a new Harley last spring and I love to ride! We did a long trip last June and ended up driving home 10 hrs straight and I my back wasn't even sore, or was tired out!
I would not have changed a thing at all! And would to it all over in a heartbeat! I even think it has brought my husband and I closer together (after he got over the fact, that I wasn't going to leave him with the weight loss), as we will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year! Love my new life and couldn't ask for anything else! Other than maybe plastics!! LOL
I guess I cannot add a pic from my iPad, so feel free to check out my profile and the pic I posted there today! Thanks for all of your words of wisdom and encouragement!!

CONGRATS! You have done so well. The scale only gives a number, your body tells you the real story. If you are wearing a size 10/12 at 180 lbs. that's the real story. If you are training to do a half marathon, that's the real story. I hope you can see how successful you have been! If your body says it is satisfied and you are healthy at 180, that's the story, stick with it. You are an inspiration!
