Thank you Karen.  You have been so kind, and generous with your advice.  I really appreciated the private messages you sent to me.  Staying on the WAYE/D thread has given me a greater insight of what life is like when you're further out from surgery.  I have loved the support, the humour, and the encouragement.   This is one of the biggest milestones for me as in all of my efforts before surgery I was never able to reach onederland (came very close but not close enough).  It was so great meeting you at Clarkson and when I'm better, I hope you will arrange another get together.  As Barb says full speed ahead to goal (whatever that number is, LOL).

Actually, it has been MY pleasure to watch you grow (shrink). You offer a lot of support and inspiration to others, whether you know it or not, simply with your "never give up, I shall rule the world" attitude. ;)

Awesome CC.  It's a great feeling isn't it?  So happy that you have reached this goal while dealing with your current health issues and limitations.  You have remained positive throughout your ordeal and you should also be commended on that.  Congrats again.

Thank you Vicky.  I know that I will get back to the pool and regain that feeling of strength I had before, and I believe that is what is keeping me positive.  You're right, onederland is a great feeling, and it's a whole other mindset.  So many more things seems possible now, I can be that woman who exercises all the time and loves it, I can be a normal weight and not the heaviest person in the room, I can be in better control of my eating, I can be all these things because I have already started to become that woman.

Thank you Betony.  I see that you are through Guelph as well.  They are a great bunch of people at that centre.  You will be in onederland before you know it.  The changes happen quickly, enjoy them, stick with the plan that was given to you and come to OH for support.  Best of luck.
