What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)

Yes very well. Saffron really gives it a nice flavour, it's expensive but you only use a few threads at a time so it last a long time. I never put anything like potatoes in it so if you were to put those in, I wouldn't freeze it as I can't stand the texture of frozen potatoes. With the beans, you really don't need any other starch.

Good morning everyone. Tanya I agree when you say everyday is Sweater Day. I think this whole thing is a conspiracy between my husband and the WWF to save on the heating bill. Zizzler glad you finally found some nice clothes that fit.
Today the physiotherapist comes to the house, so she will be able to judge how well I've progressed with my stairs homework. The rest of the day will be web surfing and Netflix. DH is getting his hair cut after work and he has promised to come home first and then take me to Starbucks to sit and wait while he gets his hair cut. He doesn't like Starbucks so this is something he's doing under protest, but what care I as long as I get my Skinny Caramel Latte, insert evil laugh.

It was an impulse buy at Costco and while it tastes good, it's not something I will eat each day. It adds a nice crunch to yogurt or a salad.

Good morning all. I really do need to shop. The fridge is getting very empty. Making meals a little hard to put together. Thank goodness I have things frozen in the freezer
Arrived at work today to find someone took my shoes. WTH I think it was one of the masters students in here last night. They are a little big on me. I had bought them just before I lost weight but they were fine around the office. They were expensive shoes so wanted to get some wear on them. Guess I will have to bring more in. So I have my boots on. Since my feet are still cold it is fine for now but later I will not be so happy.
Home tonight. Staying in except for walking the dog. I think it will be a short walk.
