Morning all,

WOW, what a lot of snow out there and it's still coming down. Not looking forward to the drive into work! I am seriously too old and "delicate" for this **** LOL Libra, good idea re. public transit. I'd do the same if it wouldn't take me at least 3 hours to get to work (damn suburb transit anyway). ;)

Edited to add: Strike that. I can't even get out of my (unplowed) parking lot, the roads are horrid and the snow is not letting up anytime soon - SNOW DAY! Woo!

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - plain Greek yogurt with homemade sugar-free cranberry sauce mixed in and topped with 1/8 cup "Energy Blend" (edamame, almonds, cranberries, pumpkin seeds), to be further known as "franken-Greek" ;)

L - baby spinach salad w/ 2 oz ham, 1 oz cubed mozz, 1 oz feta, grape tomatoes, red onion, poppy seed dressing; handful of grapes, 3 rice crackers

S - muffin-sized crustless quiche, 1/3 cup sweet kale salad

D - 3 oz chicken, lemon-basil green beans & mushrooms

S - not sure yet

Have a marvelous Monday! Be careful out there. xo

K. :)

Good morning all. Libra glad you made it into work okay. It is a mess out there. We have a client showing up from Ottawa this morning. I checked my e-mail but he hasn't cancelled. I hope he makes it okay. I usually swim on Mondays so have planned my menu around it. If I do not swim I will cut back my food, Also not sure if Mindful eating will go ahead tonight at TWH. We have people coming from outside Toronto.

My son just came home from a vacation in Florida. I am sure he still wishes he was there. He showed up on our door step last night with a suitcase asking to stay no questions asked. Sounds like his vacation with his girlfriend did not go well. I didn't think I would sleep but with little sleep the night before I fell asleep with only a little tossing and turning.

From the sounds of it, he may actually be glad he's NOT still there, poor guy.

Good morning everyone.  It's snowy and very pretty outside here.  Barb enjoy your golf tournament and the workout with your trainer.  Libra glad you made it in safely, but next time do what Karen did and take a snow day, lol.  Pat you must be a great Mum because your son knew where to go when he was hurting, instead of to a friend's place.

Today it's stairs homework, surfing the web, maybe some Netflix.

Jumped on the scale this morning and I am a CENTURY CLUB MEMBER (the caps are the same as someone with a deep voice saying this with an echo)  6 months post op and down 101.1 lbs.  Doing the happy dance, but only in my head because to do it for real would hurt too much.  To celebrate, today I will try to eat clean.  Next big goal is onederland and it is very close.

6 months post op

B. Decaf coffee with creamer and sweetener.

S. Hardboiled egg

L. Turkey strips with a little gravy

S. Cold shrimp with spicy SF dipping sauce

D. Whatever DH wants to make for me, within reason.

S. Mini banana mashed with some Greek yogurt thanks to Alysan

Have a great day everyone.  Do fun things, throw a snow ball.
