Day 8 opti. .... question

Did anyone "oops" while on it... I wasn't thinking and tasted a small bit of Alfredo sauce while making it homemade for my hubby....

I'm on optifast day 8... surgery next monday. I'm hoping that half a teaspoon doesn't hurt anything.
