Last day of Opti

Today is my last day of opti. Have lost 10lbs so far. I survived. I thought it will be difficult but not bad at all. Few headaches here and there and that was it. Things have been good so far. I am hoping tomorrow will be even better. Opti would not have been easy if I have not read/heard other member's experiences about it so thank you all. Just wanted to say please continue to share your feelings, experiences as it does help other people to go through this process. I am going into the surgery with very positive note and hoping to be up and running by Thursday lol!

The best way to be !!! You will rock this dear ! Relax and enjoy the whole experience ,Yes that sounds totally weird but it's possible . I did , they keep on top of your pain and keep you very comfortable so there is no need to be miserable ! Just go with the flow and keep that positive attitude going . You will be on the other side on no time and home and resting all cozy on your couch :)

Awesome!!!! I am a week out of surgery and recall the staff where I got my surgery to be helpful, the stay short and the recovery not nearly as bad as my brain had imagined.  You will be home and on the bench in no time.

This is my last day of Opti too! 😊 surgery tomorrow at 8 am! Where/when is yours?

Thank you all. My surgery is tomorrow at 8 am as well. It is at Toronto Western Hospital. Since I am from Guelph so we would have to leave really early tomorrow morning. Good luck to you as well my surgery buddy! 

We will be together in spirit! Hope it all goes well for both of us. We will definitely have to connect when we get back home. Take care!
