What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Morning all :)

Ummm... what the F is with the snow?! Gah!  Off to work this morning which should be a fun-filled drive in. Working 'til 4 this week and back to full-time-forever next week. I have my first council committee meeting this afternoon :) It's been a long time coming and I'm ready (I think lol). Went through and organized my freezer yesterday and made a list of what I had in there (prepared and ready to be heated/eaten) and posted it on the fridge so I don't stand there staring like a deer in headlights. Just work and home today, so glad I got all my running around done yesterday! Drive safe out there!

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake (I am so enjoying the vanilla again!)

S - Greek yogurt, grapes, 5 almonds to crunch on

L - mixed greens salad with 2.5 oz chicken breast, goat cheese, slivered almonds, a couple of strawberries, white balsamic honey-infused vinegar, 3 small crackers

S - Premier protein shake, clementine

D - beef stew

S - not sure yet

Good morning everyone.   Karen your menu sounds yummy today, and what a clever idea to do freezer inventory. 

Today it is physio focusing on stairs. I'm feeling so much stronger.   I expect to get sprung from here any day now.

Don't know what my eats will be but I'll try to make good choices. While I've been in hospital my 6 month anniversary of my surgery has passed and I have no idea of my weight. I was close to 100 pounds lost and also close to onederland, but I have not been eating great here and not really exercising so I'm a little worried that the scale has gone in the wrong direction.

Good morning, CC! It sounds like you're coming along really well and I'm so glad. Honestly, your positive attitude through all of this has been incredible - GO YOU!

Don't even give your weight/eating a second thought at this point. Whatever it is, it is. You'll deal with it once you're sprung and home. I would be shocked if you saw anything negative at all on the scale.

Agreed ^^ You're doing great!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Good morning all. Slow ride to work today. I really hate TTC. I can now bike faster than it takes me by streetcar.

Forgot my fitbit today. I would have had some good steps with walking to TWH tonight. Oh well. It was great out yesterday. Went for a long walk in the sun.

I am still working on my eating on days I go swimming. Add to that I need to have either an early dinner before TWH or a large snack after. So here is what I am trying today

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

s banana, baby bel

late lunch chicken in in wine sauce, yogurt

s almonds, pudding

late snack not sure have to se how hungry

Does Starbucks do this Flat White coffee thing?? I am curious now!

B protein coffee, 1/2 mango ( my new love) 1/4 c steel cut oats

S 4 oz skim milk 1 source greek yogurt

L 1 c split pea/ham soup

D 3 oz roast chicken w/ 1/2 c turnip/carrots, a little low sodium gravey mix

S tea, 1 greek yogurt
