Reminder: Toronto East Enders tonight with bonus: Vanilla protein shakes!

Hey everyone,

Just a reminder of the Toronto East Enders coffee night tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th.

I went crazy at Costco and bought a few cartons of Premier Protein vanilla shakes. So just for fun, I'm going to bring a carton with me and give one to everyone (or, at least, the first 18 people since they come 18 to a box) who shows up and wants to take one home to try! Let's get a great turnout tomorrow. :)

Everyone is welcome, whether you've already had surgery, are waiting to get surgery, or still making up your mind.  Feel free to bring family, friends, and other support people. If you're visiting town, or live somewhere other than the Toronto east end, please feel free to come out as well!

There is some WLS-friendly food on the menu - a favourite seems to be an appetizer of a stick of chicken souvlaki with tzatziki sauce on the side. And of course, coffee and tea.
