Sorry to hear work is getting more stressful, I know it sucks.

A few days ago I went to Dollarama and bought a heart stress ball for a buck.  I am keeping it in my bag to remind me to both relax (aka squeeze the crap out of it) but also to take care of myself (thus the heart shape).  I know its corny but when I saw it this morning in my bag it made me smile.

breakfast (1) piece of toast and a SF latte with protein

snack (1) individual vanilla greek yogurt, I small banana

midmorning (1) orange, cup of decaf

lunch (to be determined), may skip it as it's dinner out tonight and I don't usually have a lunch when I may indulge a bit on dinner.  Not to say that I load up on nachos, but I will probably have an alcoholic beverage along with a chicken dish which is my usual go to when I am out for dinner.  Because for me chicken on a salad is safe and can't be screwed up...

Have a great weekend everyone

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
