I had my sleep study last Wednesday, got home last night to a message from the pulmonologist (SP?) asking me to call them...I was told by the nurse at the sleep clinic to not expect a call for at least 2 - 3 weeks....should I be worried?

Try not and worry... easier said than done right?  Call them back and put your mind at ease.  I hope it's nothing too concerning.

Hi RYMEBE try not to worry. They may have insufficient data or they may just be needing to confirm some information.  Please let us know how it goes once you've had a chance to call. xo
