Just a quick reminder that we're meeting for coffee and a chat tonight in Mississauga - everyone is welcome to join us!

My apologies to the TWH folks (especially Kelly) for hosting cawfee talk on the same night as the hospital support group despite polling the board a couple of weeks ago - apparently I lost my mind. LOL

hopefully next month you could have it on the opposite week of TWH meeting as I would love to come out to your coffee night and meet you all.

Referral- March 2012, Letter April 19, Orientation TWH- June 6, NP - July 3, Sleep Apena test July 16, Internist and SW - July 17, Nutritional class - July 23, Dietician appt. A Tuesday would be awesome :D

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
