Hamilton has there support group 3rd Tuesday of the month which would be this Tuesday at 6pm  It is where you go for all your appointments in conference room. Tomorrow will be my first

Hi bubbosmamma!

I have three days of Optifast left!  My surgery is Wednesday in Ottawa.  I can take opti until the night before don't know if I could do the clear liquids-  hang in there almost done!

Good luck on all of your surgeries! I'm just 3 weeks (almost) post surgery...mine was on Dec. 30th. You'll all do super! New and bigger and better things in your near future! It's exciting!

It hasn't been so bad and I will be in surgery room in under 24 hours so I can make it one more day.  Best to you on your surgery.

I had surgery Dec 2014 in Hamilton and stopped opti 2 days before also and all was well

Wish I was done Opti... Three more days for me.
