RNY done and I'm home! Now where to start?

It does feel surreal especially since I think I've had a fairly easy recovery so far.  I even had the nurse check my record in the hospital to make sure I'd had the surgery. I thought maybe they'd done the sleeve by accident and didn't tell me. After all I'd read i thought I'd feel much worse.  As every says though everyone's  journey is different. Thank God it's been pretty good so far. I pray my entire WLS journey continues the same way. 

I must say though my failure to eat my soup slowly last night and then attempt to eat a 1/2 cup at that was a definate reminder of my changed insides.  What was I thinking!
