Uploading profile pictures😁

Did anyone else have difficulty uploading a profile or any picture on OH?  What am I doing wrong.  Tried it thru laptop and iPad.  Help 

I am having trouble too.  Every photo or picture off the website that I saved doesn't work,  all it says is that it's too large a file.

I've had no issues with uploading from my desktop or my lap top. My iPad, on the other hand, has been an issue and I know many people report problems with photos who use an iPad. I would contact Oh tech support and let them know of your issue, perhaps they can help.

Just curious how we can get our surgery date in the profile like you have yours?

Gosh, I added it so many years ago. I *think* if you go to My OH on the top right and click on Medical History you can add a surgery type, date, and your surgeon.

I had the same issue.. Someone mentioned before about posting one of your Facebook photos (if you have Facebook) to save one of those either on your phone or your computer and then uploading to here. Worth a try, it worked for me that way.

For a profile picture I had to resize my photo, because OH won't accept it unless it's a specific size. 

For albums, I don't seem to have any problems. I did stop coming onto the site on my iPad though, I found it more finnicky rather than on my laptop or phone.
