Just wanted to share something interesting that happened over the holidays in my house regarding the show.

My husband and son ended up watching 4-5 episodes because they had a marathon. My husband kept commenting on how all the unsuccessful people had unsupportive partners/family members. It was a good conversation starter to discuss with him how he is very supportive and ways he could improve (aka don't offer to bring me home chips from the store).

That's great Katie. I'm glad he took the time to invest in the show and get a deeper look into the full struggle. I'm glad he is supportive of you! It will definitely help success, I am sure.

some thing similar happened at my house too during the holidays.  I was watching a few episodes and my family were watching it too.  They were commenting on how some of their support systems were lacking and how they themselves could help me more in my own journey.  My youngest son who is almost 13 really does not want me to have surgery but after watching a few episodes he is definently more understanding on why i need this surgery.  He is more open to talking about how the surgery is done and how things will have to change afterwards.  

I had to PVR it so won't be watching till this weekend.  I can't wait to see how they are doing now. Especially since the original show was over one year span.
